I like the HK style stinky tofu. Very difficult to find already too. Sigh~~~ The snake soup in HK used to be really nice too....but I think the famous eatery that served it has closed down. When I tried it, I was surprised it was such a nice soup.

Ghib san..its ok. Your mandarin had improved. my family used to run a traditional chinese medical hall in Singapore. I seen all the snake wine, dried geckos and etc back in 80-90s Singapore. The nearest of eat snake.. you can go check out crocodile meat and softshell turtle soup in Singapore. Or frog legs. Warning: Softshell turtle soup is very heaty for the body if consume too much.
Your mandarin skill well improved. Did you went to NTNU Mandarin Training Center Taipei? You can learn mandarin in MTC next time. So many Japanese student learn mandarin at NTNU MTC
Please pay more attention to the high low intonation to be more natural. Mimicking the local can already but pay strict attention to the high-low pronunciation. Secondly, Chinese and some other languages doesn’t differentiate d from t, b from p, g from k. BUT they are super sensitive towards whether there’s air coming out from your mouth or not when pronouncing those consonants (the difference of d from t, etc)
