Farmers get free money from American workers. They are horrible business people that should be aloud to go bankrupt. A very small farmer still gets 100k in subsidies each year.

Owner financing or letting the buyer pay the older owner over one or two decades really helps the little guy. But that may also help with lowering taxes maybe.
Ya it’s sad to see say bill gates be the largest farm owner in the US. But that’s what happens when the government forces artificially low interest rates or does financial repression so inflation is high and assets go up and cash becomes worthless.

I grew up on a Milk Truck in NYC with my Dad delivering Milk to supermarkets bakeries, nursing homes, schools, bagel stores, deli's, etc...
I was a route driver at 18, and my first route as a vacation rider for 5 weeks was in the Bronx.
Many years later after various types of jobs I returned to the Milk business as a route co-ordinator for 4 months, then as a Milk Salesman.
I did that for a couple of years, and after a while I moved to Billings Montana for 2 months, then to Bozeman.
Montana was the most Beautiful place that I've been to in my entire life.
I spent 8 month's there. NOT long enough.
That was almost 20 years ago.
I'm 55, and I don't have 19,000,000 for that Ranch, but it sure would be SWEET for my wife and I to live somewhere near there.
    Beautiful!

The old rule of thumb for business pricing still hold true or close in this case 3years gross + value of assets, 15m gross must be valuing land and buildings at 2.5 M to get 17.5M they be discounting either gross revenue or land asset value. The raw land is worth more than 1000 an acre, and the cows alone are worth about a 1million, they must be writing down revenue value, although I suppose they would need to as labor and equipment costs are so high now days.

Do they need anybody, like a cook or a maid? Do they have accommodations for horses, both wild and tame? If he's leaving, is he married?

@@jgringo5516 I'm coming for your land. I'm right now in China but i will buy this land. Hahaha so happy to see white people fear for their land which they stole from native people by killing them. Bunch of entitled assholes.

How many millions of dollars is this ranch? That’s the only reason there’s a fancy commercial for the property, so they can sell it to some rich asshole. I live in Montana and can’t even afford to buy ONE acre of land.
