I went to this expo and honestly it was very overwhelming. It's just too much, like where is that Ram 550 going? Full size trucks can go offroad and off grid, but all that on the Ram is overkill. Last time I went camping was in a Chevy Equinox with a blanket and pillow, slept in the back. I won't be returning.
I agree, and would stick with the manual system. MSA makes a pretty good one though, which I have in my GX460. I thought the powered version was cool though, and since it's new and most people haven't seen it, figured it should make it into the video.
We definitely need all these high tech gadgets while going outside to enjoy the great nature. A 50l refrigerator carried by an electric actuator? Yes sir! A 5000W battery to charge gadgets, sure need. Luxurious sleeping and living setups. Need it! Huge vehicles to carry them? Of course. Various mods. Sure do.
I mean that Ram 4500 is only $70k for a cab and raw rear…. The shell and build he puts on, maybe $150k I’m guessing? Oh my… he just said $350-$450k…. LMAO
Aussies are decades ahead of us.
That was only the tip of the iceberg
:) :) :) I'm not sure if they are ahead, I think we are just REALLY behind... :)
Camping has gotten VERY EXPENSIVE!!

Aussies now there stuff!! i love watching these expo , its amaxing what they have these days.
Electric lift for refrigerator is just one more thing to break or gum up with dust.

What goes down may not go back up. I’ll take the tilt systems.
These prices are outrageous
Fun to see all of these products. I thought the couch in a box looked interesting but not $4,000 dollars interesting, LOL.
Agree! So cool though.
I like your rapid fire style interview. 👍
I got to see more here than actually being at the show :) awesome video!
Best OE gear vid I’ve seen so far. All new stuff and not just hyping the big brands. Thx! 🎉
Thanks! I try hard to showcase cool new products from a wide range of vendors. I have a soft spot for small companies with innovative ideas.
Awesome walk through! I've watched quite a few videos on the Expo and yours was by the far the best. Nice work! Subscribed.
Thanks for the kind words!

Bryon - if you're headed to Overland PNW - swing by our booth we'd love to hang / show off a little. ha! Hope to see you at the next one.
Not sure if I'll be there, but if I am I'll be sure to stop by. Would love to check out what you guys have going on. Cheers... -Bryon
For the price of that Polaris, you could just buy a Jeep Wrangler.
Outstanding job in selecting vendors and production of video.
Thanks! Been going to the show for a long time, and always work hard to dig up the gold amongst the massive vendor attendance.
Thanks dude, nice to know the prices.
links would be nice
How do I sign up to be notified of these annual expos?
“Overlanding” is just becoming more and more unavailable to us normal people. The prices are absolutely ridiculous.
I’m building a trailer for behind my hummer. It will be far from a glamper. Trying to stay away from tech and make everything manual.
The prices are a joke😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
As an Australian I can confirm we got some good
sH|t down under.
Overlanders don't push dogs in strollers
I’m convinced nobody actually buys all this stuff. $70k for a pop up😂
All overpriced they think we are all suckers.
I don't need to see stuff that costs $100k.
“OVERLANDING” is starting to get a bit ridiculous.
Nothing's new, everything's expensive and almost useless. This is not overlanding anymore.
😂 wtf? That bowen thing is dumb
