I am amazed to see a direct video recording of all of Medal no Gunman. I always remember it for having music by Yuichi Kanatani, the composer of Sangokushi Taisen 3, Answer x Answer and RAMBO, who most people know for his songs in Yakuza 4 and Yakuza: Dead Souls, or his song in Tetris Giant.
Medal no Gunman is an arcade medal lightgun shooter game developed and published by Sega Corporation for Sega RingWide in 26 January 2010. The game is western-themed and you play as sheriff and you need to shoot down and capture wanted criminals.
