Stephen Hawkings voice was made by an American computer scientist Dennis Klatt and he made his artificial voice 5 years before the technology was available, he died of cancer and to honour him Hawking kept the voice the same and refused any offer for a more better human synthetic voice that was close to his British accent, however, he stated that Dennis' voice was his voice
thanks man.
Should also be noted that Hawking identified with the voice as well, just another reason why he didn't want to use another voice.

Honestly, that tribute of Stephen Hawking really made me tear up. Seeing a person who was facing such a terrible illness could still contribute to science to help us understand the world better. He will truly be missed

My ex is an engineer for Chevron and he works on an oil site. age say the 14 years he's worked there three women applied and none lasted a week. He was just so angry tho, like they gave them the easiest job there and gave them extra breaks. He was angry his self for hiring one of them personally. They just look at the starting $20 dollars an hour and think they can do it reading it on paper but reality is its a man's job. they have to endure 104 degree wether while carrying 75 to 120 lb pipes to build underground infrastructure . and I so believe it's hard work because there's days when 5 out of the 6 days they're working 20 hours and only getting 4 hours of sleep on site in their car. getting less than 4 hours a day and performing at your highest level the next day is gruesome.I agree I do think a man's strength in endurance and genuinely hard work can oversee a woman's. and, I believe a women's will to go through child birth is crazy. like a surgery with out being under. Or say my grandma for instance, 20 years of mental and physical abuse to raise her kids under one house, all together, with their father. I would of cut the first hand raised, but she kept the whole house hold of 5 kids running like a well old machine.
