He averaged a 4:26 mile. That's flying...a team I was on won the civil war relay in 1984. There were 5 people on a team each person ran 5 × 2 mile legs. I averaged every two mile leg in 9-10min. The fastest guy averaged between 8:30s and 9:45 This guy avaraged 8:52 every two miles with no rest in between....crazy endurance. I would like to see him race Mofar
