@@cosmicvinyl2937 I will definitely try to make more vinyl videos. I might do a “best purchases of 2024” video this week. Thanks for subscribing! I subbed to you and I’ll check out your channel
I’ve never heard of Peter Grudzien. Nice Frankensteined Let It Bleed. Brian Jonestown Massacre is a great choice of an album to listen to while bowling. I still don’t have a vertical swirl. Blitzkrieg Bop is such a good album opener.
Hey Scott! Cosmic Brian here. Glad to make your acquaintance! I’m glad you did this tag or else your channel may have eluded me. I’ve subbed & liked! I like your taste in music and you’ve shared some great records here! I love the Dan! My friends and I were debating the fact that people call the Dan a Yacht Rock band I hate that term especially for someone as talented as Don Fagen! I’m going to check out that Lemon Twigs LP! Sounds cool! I love 60’s influenced rock & pop! I don’t own a lot of Neal Young but On the Beach comes from a unique place. I believe the players on the LP were all downing “honey sliders” while recording the record Honey Sliders are sautéed pot and honey that put them in a weird headspace! Might explain some of the melancholy I think Neal was also losing his girl at the time! Just some interesting music trivia! I sometimes go thru Stoner Rock phases and love Electric Wizard & Sleep! I’m a big Flaming Lips fan and that Clouds LP is excellent! Super cool responses Scott! Dug this! Peace ✌️👽
@@cosmicvinyl2937 I almost brought up the honey sliders thing but I forgot the exact name and exactly what they consist of. The music does sound like it was made on them even though I’ve never tried them or even heard of them anywhere else lol. Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed the video!
Love the pics Scott! 1st time seeing ya! 😊Just subbed your channel! 🤔I’ve got more than a couple Frankensteined records myself! Gonna check out your music and film stuff 🎥. Like meeting an artful cat, like myself. Me, I have less Internet stuff these days just this channel mostly. Which takes up a good amount of time and I make a little money at. But mostly, I believe that art is something coming out of myself that gives energy rather than all the shit in my life that seems to drain it. Thanks again for doing this and for being an artist, my friend! We need more of those in this crazy beautifully wonderus fucked up world! ✌️
Hi Scott. New subscriber here. Bang on comments re: Cohen. Alright--Stones! My favourite band. After Elvis, Dylan and Waits are artist favs. Cool to see we have a lot a similar tastes on similar levels. Great tag. Cheers, Jeff
