- SpaceX is targeting Thursday, April 11 for a Falcon Heavy launch of the Arabsat-6A satellite from Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The primary launch window opens at 6:35 p.m. EDT, or 22:35 UTC, and closes at 8:31 p.m. EDT, or 00:31 UTC on Friday, April 12. The satellite will be deployed approximately 34 minutes after liftoff.
Following booster separation, Falcon Heavy’s two side boosters will attempt to land at SpaceX’s Landing Zones 1 and 2 (LZ-1 and LZ-2) at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida. Falcon Heavy’s center core will attempt to land on the “Of Course I Still Love You” droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean. - Наука та технологія

Falcon Heavy Launches are easily the coolest, most inspiring, beautiful and impressive launches humanity have ever and most likely will ever witness. We are so fortunate to get to witness them in our life time during this short period of just a few years. Once Starship/BFR takes over there, FH will be phased out and it's unlikely we'll see another reusable side booster configuration rocket with simulatanous landings ever again. Especially not with the excitement, buzz and finesse of SpaceX's cameras, editing and presentation. Even with the video feed drop outs, that just adds to the anticipation and edge of your seat hype.

How is this launch a demarcation between what came before, and what will happen after?
@@dansv1 Arguably the ability to use Heavy Lift Vehicles with this degree of reliability and reuse-ability, from a purely commercial company could be a demarcation between the post shuttle era and commercial partnership era of NASA. While I'd be inclined to agree that this launch doesn't shake up space exploration as much as Apollo, Sputnik, Skylab, Voyager, the Shuttle Program or the modern Rovers... The full creativity of the human race could never be brought to bare unless companies like SpaceX create competition, and a successful launch of a commercially sold Falcon Heavy is the crowning achievement for SpaceX thus far. This is the most powerful, advanced and capable rocket mankind has ever launched for the purpose of profit.
Edit: To clarify, I say this degree of reliability because even though it's only the second flight of a Falcon Heavy because the cores are nearly identical to the Falcon 9. Same Merlins, same guidance, same grid fins, etc. The Falcon and it's derivatives are very proven rockets at this point.

Please put the horizontal timeline back across the bottom of the screen. That semicircle thing, that was there for a bit, was impossible to see clearly and I have a 42 inch TV. Keep the speed and altitude indicators in the bottom left, but above the timeline. Thank you.
ABSOLUTELY a most beautiful launch and recovery. NAILED IT!
Yea dude just buy a new tv. It makes the circular timeline much more straight.
Congrats from Hungary! Superb job! The only thing I missed was the timeline at the bottom of the screen.
Thank you. It was tough work but I pulled through.

yes, but it was also historical without it
Hi Hungary

I would assume that at 45:08 that is the camera view for the liquid O2 tank meant for the engineers and technicians to assist in monitoring fuel consumption.
I thought, she lost a bet. Took me some time to get, that the ship is called 'of corse I still love you'
Split screens are the best! I like the spectator views you provide!
Hello from Russia! I admire your achievements! The United States is a great country that has raised many great people. GO USA, GO Elon Musk!!!
Russia is also amazing😁
@Trailblazer what did he say?
Soyuz rocket is also very impressive.
@@joelcoll4034 If Trailblazer is referring to the guy who posted in Russian, he offered his own congratulations and said he thought there ought to be many more Russians expressing similar sentiments.
I find it interesting that all of the bots and trolls who used to post saying that Soyuz was the only means of getting astronauts to the ISS have suddenly disappeared. I wonder why that is?
@@bodyno3158 Soyuz does look very cool going up, not so much coming back down.
I remember when this popped up on my recommendations a year ago. I didn’t even know what it was.
I’m been obsessed with SpaceX since
22:49 You can see one side booster in the camera view from the other! Awesome!
I've watched dozens of clips of the boosters landing and I could watch another thousand and they'd still make me get a chill up my spine.
The side booster landing was so precise and amazing!
How can you not cry watching this?
just wanna say the shot transition at 20:03 was pure gold
47:36 you can see some of the frozen oxygen get burnt up by the engine.
Woah! That's cool
Great catch
look out! space debri s
Oxygen doesn't "burn".
Joshua Crowell it doesn’t burn, it does get burnt up.
What a great birthday present! Thanks Elon and SpaceX! 3 for 3 on my 65th.
Happy Birthday 🎂🎁
Happy b-day a day later...and yes, what a cool thing to have happen on your birthday! :)
Belated Happy Birthday David, as another 6X year old still get blown away that we got to watch from Mercury to FH 👌

You never cease to impress me and give me goosebumps and a goofy smile on my face - from across the world, THANK YOU, SpaceX, for your amazing accomplishments in space exploration!
Every time I watch a SpaceX launch, I wish I would have went to school for astrophysics instead. Amazing! Great work SpaceX team!
Ryan McMorrow astrophysics is not about rockets, it’s about how things in space work.
Daniel Turner aeronautic engineer?
@@ryanmcmorrow335 Or more specifically, an astronautic engineer!
no, just an engineer [electric-electronic-computer-mechanical-aerospace]
I've often thought this myself.
That guy makes it so exciting to watch :D
What an amazing step for humanity. Beautiful
