Hey there...I'm so glad that you are making subtle changes for the kids to have healthier snack options l am currently caring for a little guy that is nearly 30lbs beyond average weight for a four year old and he is very resistant to change...I can't give him what he wants Drs orders so the change is happening abruptly...it's so hard watching a kid refuse to eat....or even drink milk if there is no nesquik mixed in it....😕...I'm struggling...but his very life depends on my success...talk about pressure!

Cantaloupe and Honey Dews are great when they’re at the peak of ripeness. Sometimes when we’re kids our parents buy what they like, and we have to eat it. My mother always bought green grapes, I asked her why, she said because she never saw red grapes, or black grapes growing up, so when she saw them when she was older, she didn’t buy them. I didn’t find this out til a couple of months before she died in 2020.
Let us know about the pineapple slicer. I use the ground meat stirring think to cook with because I notice you use one and it works so good to cook the meat faster. Thank you for your hints on cooking. Like the dress of the day

Girl, you get dressed up when you go to the doctor. Me it's jogger pants, t-shirt and slip-on sneakers. Because I'm either going to labs or Xray for something🤣🤣😂😂. My sister always gets on me, but I know the drill.
