- This mighty mini truck, the FMS FMT24 found here: bit.ly/3TOqyFo is one I didn’t get my hands on when it was first released and I wish I did. I got my hands on one now and wow is this little truck a lot of fun in the skatepark. It’s a ready to run 24th scale 4wd truck with 2-speed and this little combo is guaranteed to be fun in certain run spots, but perhaps not all which you’ll see in the video.

I have all 3 colors. They are so much fun at small skate parks. We also race the 3 of them in a garage mini offroad carpet track. They are a blast and super easy to build a carpet track for free. Just go to building construction sites and look in the dumpster for rolls of carpet for the track and wood cabinets for the ramps. the carpet wall borders are perfect for making track lanes. The carpets are usually hardly used and kept clean in nicer buildings like Law offices. Just don't get carpet from hospital dumpsters. lol
20 mph for a 1/24 scale is nuts!!

This is a great little truck. I love mine. I think I'll have to pick up that white body for mine, looks great.
I agree about the body mount system and the battery strap. Poor design.

I had a Redcat Sumo Truggy and Monster truck about 15 years ago. Anyone remember or had a Redcat Sumo as well as the Sumo Crawler?
I hope Redcat brings back the Sumo with modern parts like this FMS to compete with it and other 1/24 - 1/28 scales.

The trucks love front flips
I got the white one and I like it but she does love to do donuts whether I want her to or not.
I opened up both front and rear diffs and applied some silicone to both and took her out for a test run and she handles much better on the dirt.
Yeah, figured some thicker diff fluid would do the trick. But I loved the skate park action. Actually found another small park in the next town over to try it at.

Thing looks bad ass for a mini
Honestly went to the park thinking it would just putt-putt around. Thing turned out to be a blast. Low gear is useless. But the truck is fun for its size and price.
I’d put a traxxas brushed xl5 system in it
That two speed gearbox is totally obsolete imho. For beginners you can dial down throttle on most systems and it takes up a lot of room in a 1/24th.
How is this compared to the Granite Grom?
It has tires, esc, servo, and a remote control.

I’m sorry, but I think that thing is extremely overpriced
