This is the REAL KYO as the game progresses to kof 99 , last i remembered he got captured by ZERO,( he's a member of NEST Technology he's the second strongest after the leader and the owner of NEST TECH, IGNITZ), they do cloning and fusing fighters genes together and other scientific experiments, Kyo was also cloned, he was captured(by Zero)when he was wearing his regular outfit black or dark brown but the first outfit he wore before this one, white jacket with a cross and jeans , he fought and escaped NEST TECH and changed his clothes as u see , they also took his gene's and used them on another fighter like "K"(if u know him you'll know that he wears a red glove, they say it's for him to be able to control the flame he uses, even though he is ruthless when it comes to fight and also named the STRONGEST NEST FIGHTER , he's a far cry from KYO hence they used Kyo's genes on him) and K' has a clone called Krizalid , K' also found out that they had used Kyo's gene's on him and also cloned him, he also fought and left NEST hence they sent another fighter KULA, the one who wields Ice powers to kill K'
OMG This fight is crazy The Element Characters were straight up OP as hell not to mean, Kyo-Last’s uses cancel after cancel after cancel until finished off with a galaxy level punch in 14:23 PS: Also Master WF Kyo was also broken and Phantom Rush is from Sonic Frontiers.

Claro que existe, é simples mano, é só baixar um Mugen qualquer e baixar os personagens individualmente, o problema é que a maioria tem a IA muito forte, muita vida ou muito roubada e tem que ficar ajustando

Because Iori is the original and Kyo is a copy. Basically all his moves are variations on Iori's. A copy is almost never as good as the original.
