    先煮滾熟油1湯匙
    生抽1湯匙
    老抽1/2湯匙
    糖1/2茶匙
    水1湯匙

    Cornstarch
    Oil
    Flour mix :
    Wheat starch 6 1/2 Tbsp (54g)
    Rice flour 5 Tbsp(38g)
    Glutinous rice flour 2Tbsp (16g)
    Water1 1/2 cups(360ml)
    Rice roll soy sauce:
    1 Tbsp oil
    1 Tbsp light soy sauce
    1/2 Tbsp dark soy sauce
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1 Tbsp water
