The carts are new but I love Bacchanal’s (and Wicked Spoon, too) small plate concept. It’s a very good way to be experimental and discover new things. Just a bite or two so, if you like, you can always get more and,if you don’t, you aren’t really wasting food. Bacchanal is doubly great in that you can see most of the food being prepared since most every station is open kitchen.

So glad they revamped the selections. I have a shellfish allergy. I know everyone loves seafood but it seemed to me that every other dish had some kind of seafood in it. It's nice to see a little more variety and the seafood folks aren't deprived

Looks wonderful, the only thing that concerns me is the fact that no all the employees seem to be wearing a mask, I do believe that all the food industry employees should be wearing a mask even if they are vaccinated, I think that is safer, you never knows.

Been to wynn and bacchanal buffet and I still favor the wynn !! From the decor to the desserts we're better in my opinion plus food was delicious 😋 but I love both!!!

I just ate there on Monday and truly enjoyed it. The best part of the meal was dessert. The bread pudding cinnamon roll was my favorite followed closely by chocolate mousse and pistachio mousse. Thanks for the recommendation!
