Do people not realize we should want Xdefiant to succeed? If it succeeds, it gives COD "comp" to improve their game. It also will create more companies to make 6v6 arcade/arena type of shooters leading to more options. We can't only have COD & 50 different BRs 24/7...

It's a good game, great gun play, good maps, no sbmm, option for input based matchmaking. It's a full arcade fps package. It's always the cod players that complain about how terrible cod is, and then start to hate a new game that comes out and actually does something good. Delusional

I've had a couple incidents where shots weren't connecting but It'd only be 1-3 shots. You can also just make gun builds that have horrible accuracy which is probably the reason alot of people may be saying "my shots arent hitting"
One of the last things I did on XD was used that M249 w/the dude w/ the 120 health n barrier and felt like a mini Jug. Being able to lock down a section of the map easily. Pretty fun.
but did you try the m60 with the extended mag and silenced like 125 rounds,,,why you coming through the hallway im still shooting the game
and the riot shield is fun
Hot Shot is an incredibly fun mode

its crazy how good your hit registration is. I have 50 ping and yet I feel like I have hit registration of a 150-200 ping server but everything else runs just fine.

My friend group and I had a great time with the test session! The two issues we want to see improvement on though are hits were sometimes not registering consistently and some of the spawning is less than ideal like in escort for example.

I can tell someone hasn't been a long time fan of a Ubisoft game franchise, because if you were you would be scared of the future, look how AC, Farcry and R6 from 2019 to 2022 was handle you can see the future of this game.

The finals is a slept on arcade shooter game, that game became my COD killer but even saying that isn’t all the way true I go back to CoD every blue moon just cos it’s there, but THE FINALS IS my game I love it !

I have great internet and the late hit reg was messed up bad for me it felt as well. I'm good at shooters having been diamond in r6 and ascendant in val, but not having hit reg made me feel trash lol. Great video

I’m 22 now and been with him since 6th grade i believe
I def had some issues at 40 ping with hit detection and dieing around corners but still good first experience
I loved the game so much that I had to play on my hotspot as my internet isn’t installed yet, I had roughly 60ping I defo had that issue with shooting people and it not registering. So I’d say the issue the guy experienced is 100% his internet and not the game.
Real, I was so excited telling my friend about it then I realized it ended at 1 😢

Movement feels fine I noticed ads speed is slow if ur running but ads speed is faster if u jump or slide into a bunnyhop
I'm from India and I've seen some instances where i can unload an entire mag on a standing target and about 20-30% of bullets don't land properly. Its rare but it happens randomly it's also not consistent it can happen once a game and rest of it is fine

Its pretty likely that the hit detection issues are all kbam related. Cold War had a similar issue for most of its life where it was just worse on kbam and shots just did not register. There's clearly some weird server issue that is causing it.
that happened to me once or twice not that bad where it was loads of bullets but the first couple of bullets didnt come up with hitmarkers only happened when i used the mp7
To answer your game question, rogue company is a 6v6 arcade arena game with class abilities. It’s older but this game reminded of it and the finals.
The issue you mentioned is exactly what happens when you lag switch. Or his Inter was intermittent and registered his shots when his connection was re-established
The only issues I have been having is 1: throwing nades, they hit an invisible wall some times. I will line up the throw and it will hit something. 2: getitng killed through walls. other than those I have had a great time on this game I am so excited for the full release of this game

only issues i had was the dying around the corner and what seems like the first two to three bullets doing no damage. idk if they were ACTUALLY not doing damage or if it was just the visual of the health bar not showing the damage

usually when it takes a while to generate hitmarkers in my experience its because of a vpn or something in the background that is messing with network. personally its the reason why vpns are banned during any plan. but prolly something just messing up within code

i have the bullet sponge thing on battlefield games only for some reason, i play a lot of battlefield 2042 and my bullets will often need double the amount it should for the shots im actually hitting

I never got to play the Xdefiant beta before, but I finally got to play the beta. And man, I had a great time 👍🏼. But now that it’s gone, back to Fortnite and Helldivers again

Love the game, but I had a bad bug where my controller wouldn’t work on pc. Tried fixing this for over an hour and never got it fixed. Had to play on keyboard and mouse. Not an issue for most people, but definitely killed the fun a bit.
I had that hit registration problem with people not taking damage then it all hitting them at once and they drop
great game. only problems i experienced in beta was the netcode and my only complaint is you cannot tell if a nade is gonna kill you or where it is from the popup

I’ve had it happen a few times on multiple occasions. The most egregious ones I was able to hit someone enough to kill them run for about 3 seconds and then get the kill that only happened like 3 times though

i had a great time playing xdefiant. The only issues that I feel in the game is the pyro characters (how they always have fire rounds, seems kinda OP), and the netcode where you die around corners. Other than that I had so much fun with the game.
Each character has their own passive which balances it out like the 120 health or faster health regen, plus the fire guys get a slight damage nerfs as well
0:44 happened to me like 10 times and I’m definitely not alone twitter is filled with people having the same issue.
And of course u can’t replicate it duhhh cause it’s a back end server issue.
Well like 14hrs until we get to play the full release hopefully. I didnt play the beta but im excited to try it

I felt a little of the strange movement, best way i can describe it, is it feeling like keyboard movement on controller. instead of the smooth sort of stick movement, felt like running on any bit of an angle you were holding 'w' and tapping 'a' or 'd' periodically . Was like a little stutter step instead of being fully smoothed out, but after you get used to it, its not even noticeable
I hope/want this game to come out. Absolutly loved the maps and game play I had no serious issues just with servers sometimes. But overall it's a GREAT GAME my shots connected just fine. Can't wait to purchase this game when it comes out, plus it's good to have an OUTSIDER.
