很會做呢,看起來好有食慾喔,但火腿腸跟肉鬆不是健康的食物,換成瘦一點肉末或其他原型食物比較好

I will try it tomorrow but I found the recipe, not bad that I made before used 500 gm water and 5 gm baking powder , 250 gm cake flour, 2.5 gm salt, 1.5 gm dried yeast, 2 gm stock powder, 1 egg. But her recipe is 250g flour, 300 ml water, 3 gm yeast, salt, sugar, 1 egg, beat well and add in some oil.

I always saw them made on the street in harbin with simple ground pork. A lot less batter too. They would finish them with a spicy chili paste
This was my favorite breakfast in harbin, but i cant find them in zhuhai. Ive been looking for years for the batter recipe, thanks for posting! Think i will just use ground pork or sausage for the meat though
