Wow I can tell how you loved it! I bought the doule-egg one so the bottom half is egg. I reckon the bottom half of the one-egg version made from paste (flour and water)

I have bought 10 of these from China on my visit but am against using maida (refined wheat flour) as base as it tastes bad, need alternative idea
這影片最有趣的是老板的操作，一手一顆蛋，但左手不靈活；分蛋分不均，有人會吃過多蛋黃，有人吃雙份蛋白；肉也分不均，多出來的肉也不願給隔壁；應該先做好麵糊的部分，由麵糊去就鋪滿食材的蛋，動作才會利落，老闆要護生肉，蓋的小心翼翼；最後那2個蛋堡我笑了，一格已有麵糊，一格放蛋堡，她只要把那個蛋堡放上那格麵糊上，就空一個可再填麵糊，但她卻是把最後一個蛋堡拿起來放旁邊，把在旁邊晾很久的蛋堡放回來麵糊上，再轉身去拿剛剛最後放的蛋堡，多此一舉又捨近求遠~
應該是好吃，但老闆要動動腦~
