Ko-Ko's Conquest

Here's early an experiment I did with adding sound effects to these cartoons. Pretty sure I overdid it. Also, I made a bogus title card that omitted the hyphen from Ko-Ko. Why? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Once the live-action preamble is out of the way, Ko-Ko goes on quite the cherchez la femme adventure.

The black attire and hood characters may be influenced by or a parody of a popular fiction character of the early 20th century named Fantomas, he wore a similar completely black suit and hood, if that's the case, Fitz (dog) may be meant to be a parody of Inspector Juve, Fantomas's main opponent. The sneering villain in black is an old times music hall tradition, and is somewhat similar to a terrytoons character, Oil Can Harry. An influential cartoon. And great sound effects, you didn't overdo it per se it's just the SFX are a little to loud for the volume of the rest of the music, I think.

@@Craigs_Cartoon_Capers your use of varied spring-bounces, the twinkle-toes run, and the simulated dialog sound are excellent. What would it take for you to host a cartoon that wasn't already famous on your channel? Though my channel is not about that and I don't draw THAT well, the idea came to me that you could practice by hosting 1 fan-cartoon a year with yourself as chief sound engineer, once you get it down pat enough that you feel you are ready.

Yeah, they're a bit louder than the rest of the soundtrack, but a good idea

This was one of the first ones I did when I found out there was a sound effects library attached to my video editor. I eventually shied away from trying to load up my soundtracks with cartoon noises. But, I suppose, that's the nature of experimentation.
