- Watch Andrea from Petersholm explain to you how we make our own liquid soap for cleaning purposes out of citrus peels. This is what we call eco enzyme. You can make it yourself at home, or find it at the Odder market where we stand every Wednesday and offer all the good things we produce.
Hey hi!! Instead of sugar we use jaggery. In proportion of 3:1:10
3 issue Citrus 1 jaggery and 10 parts water.
Just put everything in bottle. Release the gas by loosing the cork/cover/lid/cap of the container everyday for 1st month. 2 times a week later on. Ur BE will be good to go after 3 months.
How do you store it, how long does it last, and how much do you use per load of laundry? Thank you!
Haha i did the same but with kitchen trash.. basicaly composte.. rest from dalat carrots and every thing fresh vegetable
Then it did smell rdaly bad and after around 3 month it did smell very good.. i also used it to clean.. hell i never boght such a effective product any where.. maye i should put water in it ele this stuff cleans every thing by it self.. would be boring to me
Any thoughts on adding this cleaner to the homemade laundry detergent? Pros and/or cons? Thank you in advance!
I just try this❤️❤️
What makes the process take such long time? Is there anyway you can speed it up? Thank you.

What are you doing along 6 month while waiting for the Eco enzyme? I mean, should we check it every certain time? Or literally just leave it for 6 month?
Hello. Thank you for writting to us. We lift the lid at the beginning every second day, and then it is not necesary any more. Good luck with your project. Big hug. ANdrea
I was also wondering if you could add this eco-enzymes to the DIY laundry soap. anyone who tried this? Thank you
Yes it works so well, you can use it for shampoo too
U keep it inside or outside for the 6 months? Im in south florida
Ventilated warm places would be better!
There is any differences between brown vs white sugar for this purpose?
Actually white sugar will work too but brown sugar works better and people usually use brown
