Tourette's is not every time showed in a bad way as showing fuck signs, saying swearwords. Most of the time it is shown as a random ticks with sounds etc. Mostly they just don't say any words, they just "play" random sounds, not the swearwords ;) Please make some kind of a research before you say that type of things.
