You can't ban anyone from getting a gun, when you can buy one from off the streets. Every gun should be registered to a certified owner.
That’s what the Nazis did.
Guess we just take a big ol dump on due process if the ends justify the means?
Shall not be infringed......so government infringed? Thats how they do it. One little step at a time.
Uhm,...there has to be reasonable restrictions.
Did someone just say slippery slope? I bet someone just said slippery slope I bet they did.
Did someone say "no ones coming to take your guns"? I bet someone just said nobody's coming to take your guns. All of you ask yourself if the government cares so much about Rahmis victims, of which there are at least half a dozen why is he not in jail. Take a long hard look at his rapsheet and explain to me why he should not be locked up in a cage. Making this stupid argument moot. Make it make sense.
@@DaveCMwhere does it say that in the Constitution?
@@DaveCM that's your opinion. How about reasonable restrictions when they're arming terrorists, drug cartels and dictators thru foreign policy?
Pitiful Thomas! This contemptible bought man won't bite the hand that feeds his growing wealth and provides his recreation venues & private jet flights. After all, he is sooo worth it!... to them.
How does this not violate the 5A? Or does that matter?
Because the law takes away natural rights without due process. It is not just someone convicted of dv. Just a claim is enough for the court to take them. That is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
How does this make his legal opinions and expertise on the bench not valid?
@@EagleZoo because he is the one that got it right.
@@EagleZoo The answer is that Thomas has revealed himself to be purchased for a price. He lacks INTEGRITY. “The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity. Without it, no real success is possible, no matter whether it is on a section gang, football field, in an army, or
in an office.” - Dwight D. Eisenhower. He had it. He was the last Republican president with it.
Street guns are very easy to obtain
This is a poor analysis of this decision.
If you aren't guilty why would you need immunity 🤔 Lock him up.. And with his guilty stupidity delays everytime
People who are guilty get immunity ALL the time. No one is actually innocent, but just not found out yet.
Do you know how to think? If no immunity, every president will be subject to law-fare after leaving office, assuring the office of the President will be stripped of executive powers. What is happening to Trump can't be let to stand, and those who are colluding to destroy the ex-President must be prosecuted. Even Trump deserves equal protection under the law.
@@EagleZoolie's causes stupidity and nobody is above the law including Trump's .
Once we allow the constitution to get played with this what is waiting for us in the future. The freedom speech we allowed them to say one group has more rights than other people is already a problem
This isn’t even a gun issue, it’s a due process issue.
@@kennybachman35 it starts small and end up big in the end and every American should not be ok with the constitution to be played with even if it's against your opponent political party
Omg...😂
And drug addicts
Not illegal.
Should also not be infringed upon.
