how to find printer serial number by computer

I get "Internal error: installation failed. Setup cannot continue. Press cancel to exit"
I've tried on two computers, where I do have admin rights. Any idea what can have gone wrong?

Unfortunately THERE IS NO PREMIUM SUITE for Mac. I hope they make one. It is still just better to print off a Windows computer, rather than a Mac, even though I myself, work mostly on Mac, I prefer to print with Windows. You have an accurate print spool, the premium suite with printer status and various card adjustments all not possible on Mac.
