For some advanced Ninja tech, the equip card can destroy itself so along as you have a ninja in gy the equip is a good way to summon monsters in gy, especially Baku, since you can add it to hand, then use its own hand effect to summon it. The equip card also trigger in gy if destroyed while face down, so one can set it from deck with the Quick Play in response to Feather Duster/Lightning Storm and add back cards for follow up.
