He failed to realize the EVERY time he tried, he failed miserably. “Those who don’t learn from the past are doomed to repeat it.” And he did every time. He failed to accept the world around him was changing, and he refused to change.
Of all the deaths in the show, his was the most deserved.
1:42 *It was at this moment that we knew, he f*cked up*
Aaravos: Heh Imma about to end this idiots whole career like a bug 😂
Aaravos finally did something good
Oh he’s done plenty good
He gave humans magic, helped them rebel against xadia, killed that tyrant queen and her brother making Janai the best ruler, and killed Sol Regem
Not to mention he never lies (I mean he doesn’t always tell the whole story either but still)
@@gabematthews4532 But u forgot to mention The "magic" He gave was dark magic, Dark magic Was killing off people Slowly Like an virus. Also aaravos Made sol regem Destroy katolis And killed the arch-Dragons And Almost killed the sun.
@TimelessBSYTi can understand his anger, i hope Aaravos can have his revenge on the stars.. cause their just worse then Aaravos and they started everything actually.
@@JackalTherian1The council deserves to be the one that gets punished, Killing leola was a self fulfilling proprecy.. I honestly hate Sol regem for being a snitch
I noticed that everything he's done have all been against the sunfire elves and the dragons, he hates them with a passion, killing aditis lineage, killing sol regem, nearly destroying the sun for an endless night, like the poster said, "it was the sun who first betrayed the stars!"
The way i screamed at this and ran to UA-cam hoping someone already clipped this moment. Bless you 😭❤️
Oh and afterwards Aaravos just wiped his hand. Just like 'ew ew ew get off, anyways'
"Oooh naassty."
But darkly humorous.
I understood that reference.
I was laughing so hard at this i can just imagine aaravos thinking " oh stfu 😒😒" but his face is just 🙂
Not to be mean, but he deserved that. I feel sorry for the sister because she at least wanted to give him a chance, but he made it clear - he was never going to change
Karim got atleast 17 chances and blew them all.
He was an stubborn ass blinded his own arrogance and ego. He 100% deserved to go like this.
@UsualCreator Agreed!
No, you aren’t being mean, you’re speaking what’s right. This idiot Karim really thought he could glaze Aaravos and he’d get to live, he deserved death.
Aaravos be like: Nah id win
Truth
Side tangent but that death SHOCKED ME. I had to wait and be like, "This is seriously a kids show?"
Before laughing my ass off at his death because that was great.
The way aaravos just walked in casually almost like he woke up from a nice nap and just crushed him like a ladybug was hilarious. Bro just shook him off his hand like “I’m ready to start my day 😌”
"he died as he lived. Pissing me off"
-YGOTAS
Bro didn’t even have a totem or stasis chamber like he literally walked into the hand of the enemy, literally lmao
After having just finished the last season's final two episodes LITTERALLY JUST NOW as of writing this, not only did I expect him to just kill him off just like that, but i was WAY more caught off guard with HOW he killed him.
Heck, I'm surpised Netflix even gave him the go ahead to have this be shown, bloodied hand and all.
Guess this was one of those times where streaming really does allow more then what you could show if this was on cable/network television.
This goes to show us. That sometimes the worst fathers in the history of fathers can change. And sometimes fire bending princes do not always try to redeem themselves.
Ironic, he sought the glory of a King but died like an Insect...
Karim died as he lived. A fool.
The moment he said the word „Order“, his fate was sealed
I was so shocked I was like
DANG BRO GOT SQUASHED LIKE A FREAKING GRAPE 😭😭😭
1:42 that’s the thing aaravos wants to destroy the cosmic order
I honestly think that Karim messed up on that line lol, Aaravos probably would have listened a bit longer if he didn’t bring that up.
It may have been Aaravos who killed him, but it was his ambition that led him there.
The most satisfaying part of the entire series
Who else wanted Aaravos to eat him though?
He thought maybe would give him a food poisoning for how toxic he was
@@jdfigs5916 lol, that’s funny. I bet he would taste like pure arrogance.
Nah aaravos was like, "yeah, I ate your grandma before, left a very bad taste in my mouth, it's got a more fitting death for you!"
he literally walked right into Aaravos's grasp and died paying the price for being drunk on power.
Sister maybe sad her brother died, but we’re not.
Karim is defiantly proven that he is the living embodiment of the Deadly Sin of Arrogance.
Honestly he should've seen that coming. What an idiot... 😑
Did anyone else expect Aaravos to eat him because of him doing that to their grandmother or am I the only one?
Me, but I guess Aaravos didn't see him fit to eat.
@@bonniestar4707can’t blame him considering they say “you are what you eat” and I don’t wanna be like Karim
@gabematthews4532 that's true 👍
Karim honestly thought he could negotiate with Aaravos about the order of things and didn’t think he would get destroyed.
Dude got what he deserved
Wasted a perfectly good snack. Was half expecting him to eat him.
I actually thought this was going to happen after what he said to Khessa
Nah, not that junk food.
Aaravos- Nah. I'm gonna do my own thing 😂
Something i realized in this scene that kind of disturbed me was the fact that not only did he burn away their sister in this very spot with just a flick of the finger, he also "swallowed" their grandmother...
Like Attack on Titan style... dude LITERALLY ATE 😂
Completely a humorous mode of anticlimacticy.
I was shocked when that happened. I thought Karim was going to die redeeming himself. But when he didn't destroy the sun orb and tried to threatened Aaravos I said "No Karim bad idea". After he died I was thinking "You had a chance at redemption but you couldn't let go of your ambition to keep the world the way it was before."
Aaravos should have his own ASMR channel lol
He kinda deserved it
No doubt. The only tragic thing about this is Janai had to witness Aaravos murder another one of her siblings and left Miyana to raise her children alone.
@ that’s true, you have a good point.
@@summertime6785 Meh, he wouldn't have been much of a father anyways. He would just treat it as a political tool rather than his kid.
@@summertime6785 Miyana will be a lot better off as a single mom than letting Karin into her twins’ lives. She made some bad choices, which are often par the course for someone who is in a relationship with a narcissist, so I think having had time away from Karim probably mellowed her out and she might begin to form familial ties with Janai.
Miyana can also find a new partner and have a stepparent for her twins, and that stepparent would most likely be far less toxic than Karim
Yeah, I was so happy he was giving so many chances where one last chance to redeem himself, he decided to be stupid. Yeah, I literally said thank you, Aaravos
Man I feel do sorry for his unborn child. Imagine growing up knowing your father was literally the guy responsible for some of the worst calamities in human/elven/dragon history
He does realize that this is the same Aaravos that screwed him over last time, what made him think that this would be different?
To be fair, he didn't know about Aaaravos' involvement.
@@raistlin3462As far as he knew, Sol Regem abandoned him.
The very moment the story revealed how he killed Karim and janai's grandmother it now makes sense, he did say he swallowed her after all and now he crushed the grandson like a bug 😂😂😂😂😂😂
You know, a kids show.
Funnily enough, the series is rated 18+ on Netflix 😂
@ wait no it’s y7 wdym 😭 😭
Honestly, this was a very fitting end for Karim. Ultimately brought down by his own hubris.
The casualness of the fist crush goes right up there when Kong crushes the evil lady’s vehicle in GvK. Just slow and nonchalant.
Even though it was very satisfying to see Karim get killed, I do feel really bad for Janai; She saw Aaravos kill both her sister and brother right in front of her.
I said this once and I’ll say it again Aaravos is the best character well he’s my favourite this was him doing a public service by getting rid of arrogant royals
He died like he lived. Stupidly.
Aaravos really didn’t want to hear Karim yap 😭
i loved this scene this was one of my favourites in the series
That small smirk in 2:04 daaaamn
Holy SHIT! That was dark. Especially since you can ACTUALLY SEE THE BLOOD ON AARAVOS' HAND.
I like dark shows lol
