It's such a shame that they turned MAFSUK into another trashy show where the producers are more interested in stoking drama and conflict than actually exploring the social experiment like they did in the first series. Clearly the popularity of the Australian version, which introduced a lot of the pot-stirring production we see here, proved a ratings hit with the large Love Island audience and they decided to swivel away from integrity and into the sea of 'reality' soap opera.

I blame the producers for not telling these ladies Kasia and Gemma to tone it down and stop looking so desperate and sex hungry The Producers knew what Kwame and Matt were saying in their interviews they could have easily told the ladies hey tone it down girl you're turning him off but they want drama😢
The producers shouldn't be telling the women what their husbands say to the producers in their private interviews. That's a breach of trust. That said, Matt made it abundantly clear to Gemma that he didn't like her behavior and she totally disregarded his complaints and continued as if she couldn't help it.
