I love watching vids like these but more so where you're just cruising around town and maybe do some sightseeing and pause for a snack break and then head right back home and call it a good freaking day lol. Question: do you have a single-speed beach cruiser? You exert more energy that way. It's definitely a workout when you rely only on your own strength. Ooh! I got an idea 💡 Maybe you can compare the two bikes to see which one you can get the most physical fitness from: the road bike with its shift gears or the beach cruiser with its single speed. Wow I thought we had it bad in Australia with areas only designed for cars, but seeing how long you had to ride on the bumpy footpath because how hostile the drivers are, and how badly designed Florida is, makes me think again, maybe we don't have it so bad in aus. Stay safe mate.
