Nice video. Do you know iff you can integrate MS planner with SharePoint, it would be nice to make use of the Kanban board feature?
Pretty much everything the the Microsoft ecosystem can be integrated via Power Automate. Given that you can create a planner for a Team and teams are just SharePoint sites, it should be pretty straight forward. Ultimately it would depend on what you want to accomplish exactly
In your original doc structure you had parent/child and unique identifiers (e.g. BR3, BR3.1, SR8) but the unique identifiers seem to have been lost in the final implementation. Was that intentional or was there not really a good solution in Sharepoint for that?
The solution is adding another column called requirements number that must be unique. The goal of this video was to show features of SharePoint for requirements management. Up to you, your team, and your organization what fields are important to how you want to slice and dice.
