    Thanks for the excellent tutorial, if used as an assistant exercise, would you keep these at sets of 5 like the main lifts and progress in weight only? Thanks

      You're very welcome, and that is indeed where I'd start - sets of 5 reps, and progress in weight until a change is needed.

    My close grip is equally as strong as my normal grip
