I wish. It is the most creative and lively side of the TF2 fanmade community universe, which is all the game is running on these days given Valve has abandoned TF2. If the TF2 Freak community kicking back into high gear would make it the BEST possible time in TF2 if Valve were out of the picture but something that fun was going on. Instead the best corners of the TF2 communities are all dying along with the game as Valve lets it rot while some of the more boring or awful sides of the community are making the game harder to stick around through tough times or are killing it faster directly.

Maybe they did that here or used Gmod normally, trying to make it the smoothest they could and shrinking many body parts (maybe they used 3 separate models, all the same model, and shrunk everything except certain parts, making it appear the way it did. So those two hands when he was in the can might have actually just been the left hand from one model and the right hand from another).
I have to say, the evolution of Gmod animations' animating style becoming smoother is damn wonderful. While the "lol random" comedy of the older Gmod videos are hilarious and welcomed, quality can be seen in making this new generation of animations. In the end, while yes the last generation was terrifically wonderful and something we can all laugh at, the new ones provide a quality that we haven't seen before anywhere else; and while SFM can do its job, it's too polish and, for a lack of a better term, professional to achieve the "lol random" comedy of these vids. But maybe I'm just a boomer, who knows?
