I long for more amazing short Creepypasta stories like these ones. I don’t mind people writing whole Creepypasta novels that make two to three hour long narration videos on UA-cam (looking at you, Penpal!), especially as someone who is now a horror storyteller and supports the entirety of the horror genre and storytelling art form, but I am absolutely delighted when I get short Creepypasta stories that are new to me and brilliantly chilling like this one! Great animation as always, Surkee, you absolute GOAT.

Excellent work! You should do Abandoned By Disney one day, the second half reminded me of this. Or Stephen King short stories / novellas. those are just waiting for adaptations! The Jaunt, The Sun Dog, etc
The narrator believes that the program has used scare tactics to keep children in place, but why would it have to go so far? (sinister images, ending sequence, etc.) It seems the show was using psychological warfare against the children, maybe to make them unable to act due to fear and make them an easy target.
@Phishface Yes, it wasn't said in the story why the group standing behind this would broadcast sound from torture room. The reasonable explanation would be that the group tried to demoralize and taunt people in the times of war. The story is short and there's no explanation, but it's interesting to interpret it.

The thought that the people behind that show could’ve been a full-on terrorist organization instead of a single killer is disturbing.
