I've downloaded Figma beta version desktop, its interface just as the same with regular Figma.
My biggest issue with this is the fact that they even introduced a beta...They should of just dropped it for everyone. Feels unfair to wait so long, there's so many users who are against this which have access to the AI while users who actually want to utilize it aren't getting access.. Kinda annoying from Figma.

How? I missed how to get bar on bottom. Some plugin? UI something?
This is beta version of the newest Figma UI. It is rolled out in phases - all you need is to wait for it.
how do we get this view? How do we make the toolbar show at the bottom??
Except it's not available??? Can't use it and don't even have those AI buttons in our pro account
Yes, AI features are still in beta and are not available for everyone yet (but the number of users having access will grow overtime). Also Figma temporarily turned off Generate design feature this week. I hope it will be back soon.

It is free this year. However, the access to the feature is rolled out in waves. You just need to wait a bit.
