  • Tipu Sultan's summer palace in Bangalore is an historical tourist attraction of the city, the palace is not very huge but its architecture and beauty takes all the attention and makes us amused. It is built next to Koti Venkatramana(Lord Venkateshwara) temple. This palace was the summer residence of the Mysore ruler Tipu Sultan. The structure was built entirely with teak wood. The walls of the palace have beautiful floral motifs which were made using vegetable dye.

Waste to visit this place. Quite a large buildings near Karaikudi is several times impressive than this structure. Just to appease a Muslim ruler, this monument has been kept.

      Hi Gopalakrishna
Yes there must be several more buildings which might be more impressive to some, but this holds our history and that’s it’s beauty 🙏🏻
