Because of this video I bought the 44 a year ago. It is quick and strong and I love it. I have been using it two days every week and it still feels like new.
I am using the Flip 24 inch C1 and the ease of use is liberating. Waiting for a Pro version of the Flip 44 with the removable diffusion panel. It was just announced. I believe they manufacture the Click 20 inch for Profoto.
This is very interesting. I was looking at the B&H rebranded version of the SMDV Flip - the Angler FastBox 24", which comes with a grid. The mount options include: Godox AD300 Pro, Profoto A1, Godox V1, Godox AD100 Pro, Profoto A2 and speedlight. I have AD200 Pro's and an AD600 Pro. The Godox H200R round head for my AD200's is 75mm in diameter as opposed to 76mm for the V1. Given this, that was the mount I was going to buy if I could determine whether the 1mm difference would not be an issue. The S-bracket in conjunction with the Bowens mount of the SpeedBox Flip you're using in the video looks like a more versatile option and would allow me to use the AD600 Pro if needed.
I have heard good things about SMDV but I would prefer an umbrella style with a deep lip and one which can take grids too. I had SP Systems 37" octobox for quite a few yrs but finally it broke and now I am looking at getting a new one.
Actually an octabox is even worse in the wind than an umbrella. If you use the umbrella with Godox lights their holders are designed to let the umbrella pop off the light in strong wind, saving damage to the light. Personally I use aluminum beauty dishes outside as they are way less likely to become sails on windy days.

1 mm is really small that I don't think you are going to run into an issue.

I would just check out their website and see if they have something that matches your preferences
All of their soft boxes have grids that you can purchase for them
Very nice. Thank you. Is the interior of the box white or silver?
Silver
..cool, i have seen on another YT video the same called "glow parasnap 44" bm
Same manufacture. In face SMDV manufacture it for them. Similar idea to Godox - Flash Point. :)
Hi Art, do you have a discount code for the item?
Not for these, they rarely go on sale.
Has this (Non-Pro) Version an inner diffusor? I cant see it in the video...

ok
Strip lights
Looks very similar to the parasnap
Yes, I know they manufacture this for another brand as well, not sure if it is parasnap or not.
can you please list the name and model of the different lights you used in this video?
Godex VL 200
Godox VL200
Is it double diffused?
Yes
There is also a pro version of these boxes which gives you the ability to remove the front diffusion and inner diffuser as well
Indeed this is very quick, but the elinchrom octaboxes are also fairly quick and can be mounted in a couple of minutes
There are others :D
