If you're from a desert area, I wouldn't recommend Aruba. When I went it was hot, looked too much like Phoenix, and the wind sandblasted our legs and it felt like microneedles. That being said, I agree with every other port.
I would add Curacao to that list. Much more culture than Aruba and a very precious capital city. Aruba is Miami in the Caribbean. Not much of an identity.
