Can it take weight with those anchor bolts on dry wall? I just done trust dry wall... and my studs are 16" apart

Please explain the socket head cap screw height adjustment on the bracket and why there are two shown - what do they signify?
On the left, the minimum height with the screw removed. On the right, maximum. Adjustment is necessary when the cabinets are hanging next to each other.
