I don't think you really understand it. You're basically saying that all the other sailor Guardians are the princess of their planets names. Their called sailor (planet name) because thats their Guardian planet however, Sailor Moon is both the Moon Princess and The Guardian
@@ek2211 actually... In the manga, it was revealed that every sailor senshi IS the princess of their guardian planet. Every single one of them has a castle on their planets. In the final act of the dream arc they transform into their princess form.

You know, I always found this weird:
In Sailor Moon, the only thing that changes are the costumes. Literally nothing else. Yet they're never recognized as civilians by the villains.
Now in Smile PreCure (also known as Smile Pretty Cure or *sighs* Glitter Force), they change their outfits, and hairstyles, heck, they even have makeup for goodness sake! And yet the moment the villain sees them, they instantly recognize them.
It just doesn't make sense, but oh well, that's anime for ya.
Yeah, I'm a fan of both (although I think I'm one of the only people who likes SPC/GF in both sub and dub haha), and I found that hilarious tho lol. But IMHO, the villains likely recognize the Cures because when they became them, they transformed from their civilian identities to their hero ones, so that's my theory on why.
i want to see a show that takes the magic appearence changing shenanigans, and runs with it, like a protagonist counting on magic weirdness perception filter to cover their secret identity, or, something like that

This is season one (The best season!).
They actually *did* die in that dimension but they were reborn with zero memory of what has happened. And then season two starts. That‘s where we Chibiusa will appear and talk to Pegasus in a Crystal and she is psychic and a crystal child from the future and then we get to know that Chibiusa is actually Serena‘s and Darian‘s daughter from the future. And later there will also be Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus who are lesbi...erm I mean cousins who are really close and then everyone is looking for the Holy Grail and for the messia. They found a mirror in Sailor Neptune‘s heart and a sword in Sailor Uranus‘ heart and somehow Sailor Moon is the Holy Grail. I also remember other stuff going on like Sailor Saturn being held by an evil professor and the apocalypse coming but Sailor Pluto has the key through time and space and they pull some dimensional stuff. Also something with aliens and with transgender angels.

80% of the people in the comments are annoyed that there are English names like Serena und Darien and claim this is „wrong“ when it isn‘t. It‘s called dubbing. It is normal that names are changed due to cultural differences and language differences. Some names sound too much alike or are too difficult for kids. Some sound too male or too female and don‘t fit. Some names sound like different or unsuitable words or don‘t sound appealing. Therefore they are changed. This is normal. Please note that this is from the early 90s and one of the first Anime in many countries. This was before the internet and before researching things and most kids wouldn‘t know about Japan like kids do now. In fact people tried to make Anime take place in the country that the kids were watching it in. Yes, exotic food was also changed because let‘s face it: The majority of kids wouldn‘t know what an Onigiri or a Mochi was so they changed the name of the food which is common. Again: This was before the Japan craze/Anime craze and in the 90s before the internet. These things are so common and nobody bats an eye when it concerns other languages. Know the little blue characters The Smurfs? They are Belgian and are called „Les Schtroumph“. This doesn‘t sound appealing in many languages and thus they changed it. It literally sounds like our word for „socks“ in my language. Micky Maus is called Topolino in Italy. And the three ducks „Huey, Dewey and Louie“ are called something else everywhere. This is how it works!

Sailor Jupiter is actually the described in the series, manga and by the author as the most feminine character, not masculine as you said (perfume, great at cooking, rose earrings etc), she is just tall(5’6’) , not masculine.

Actually, everyone dies. She even uses up all her powers and its implied that she would have died. I think the crystal or something gets triggered and time goes backwards or something because they wake up in their own beds with only the memory of what took place
I need to watch Sailormoon again, this video made me horribly nostalgic.

Actually, it is not that accurate. In the beginning, Usagi does not believe Luna and is shocked that Luna as a cat starts talking to her. She does not believe that she can transform and just says the transformation words to prove that Luna talks nonsense.

Bunny and Mamorou see each other all the time and know their voices and looks. But it‘s like: „Oh! I didn‘t know he was Tuxedo Mask!“ and „Oh, I didn‘t know she was Sailor Moon!“ - Who can be so dense? It‘s getting worse in one season where they break up for a short period and instead of Tuxedo Mask it‘s now some white oriental prince saving her in the same fashion throwing white roses and wearing something like a white nikab which actually reveals his eyes and he is talking to her and she is like: „OH! I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS TOTALLY NEW AND DIFFERENT GUY. WHO CAN IT BE?“ - Girl: You used to fight with thousands of demons and used to be a queen on the moon but you don‘t recognise him? You serious? You literally see his eyes and hear his voice!
To be fair they did suspect that mamoru was the moonlight knight but then they both appeared next to each other

It's cute... super cute BUT this is not entirely the original story. This is the 90's anime version and in a nutshell... it is exactly it. This is the entire 46 episode season... you have done well (and again) very cute.
