@@SuperiorAuto Absolutely wrong. I have personally seen the Car. Seltos has boxy design trying to look like SUV while Astor is designed more as a cross over. Design styles are different for both cars. But Astor is taller, wider and longer than every car in the segment including seltos. In no way Astor looks like a big hatchback. With height of 1650 Astor has a beautiful road presence. Cheers

I hate orvm controls are not given on doors and also cruise control is not given on steering. Adjusting these settings will take your eyes off the road. The cruise control lever is just not visible behind the steering wheel.

Side glass window...cup holder.. 4 tyres...1300 cc etc....
While the car has AI and modern features and boasts of best in class infotainment , it's unable to fix basic USB feature like folder scan. Even in Hector it has the same issue. Songs stored in multiple folders in USB stick cannot be played based on your choice as there is no folder scan option. All songs gets mixed up and it plays in a system driven random order!
It's a basic USB feature available on all mp3 players and entry level cars. It's unfortunate that a hifi car like this is unable to provide basic features while it boasts of AI.
Repeated complaints to MG has not helped

I have decided a budget of 15 Lakh and started looking for compact SUV. Kia Sonet was my choice untill unless I get inside a Astor. Everything is attracting inside Astor. Sonet top end and Astor - I'm stuck between this two. Need help from you people here.
Sonet is 1 litre turbo IMT. And Astor is 1.5 NA ( read some negative reviews about Manual 1.5 NA. Slow pickup is what the myth is.
On road price of sonet is 15L & onroad price of Astor manual top end is 17L.
What should I do ? If anyone know about both car. Can you let me know. I love aesthetics and feel about the car and i drive only in city. So IMT helps in sonet and it's compact to drive around city and its cute. But Astor attracts in other ways (Panaromic, leather premium interiors, extra comfort because of extra 1 feet length)
Which side should i lean on ?
