Bravo!!! Really like your comment about the group ride, how why ride groups are getting smaller. Hence I pedal solo.

Yes. It can be annoying. I just let them go when they act elitist.

Group rides mean group ride. Regrouping is so important. I totally agree with your explanation about group rides.

I am catching up on your videos. You have such good content and advice. It’s much needed. ❤❤ I saw you on Louis Varderman UA-cam channel. She is good people. I love the support of the rider of each UA-cam channel. She commented how you made her feel so welcome. ❤❤

Enjoy watching your group rides. Laura has a very nice /smooth pedal stroke. What training does she do to achieve the nice pedal stroke?

She started with a bike fit and then got a coach to help her build a training plan. She hasn't been cycling very long but it got her there quickly. Consistent training after getting the proper direction is the key.

I tested it for a few days. The trial version does not really do it justice. Once I verified that it would sync the data well and that it required no subscription, I decided to make the purchase. Turns out to be the best telemetry software out there. If you do the tutorials and learn the procedures, it just works. It has eliminated the need for me to manually sync, although it allows manual synching. I love the available gauges. It's designed for all outdoor activities.
