Can't pay pensions and sustain a government if they have no people to pay taxes I guess..

The way I try to describe it is, and I don't think this is a racist thing to say at all - I'm not a racist. Despite wanting to explore other cultures etc which I love doing, people naturally want to be "around their own tribe" That's why you have Chinatown. Indian communities, streets where maybe 90% of the residents are Polish. All of them. "Little Italy" I love them all and all of the different things that they can contribute to society. However, somewhat naturally (I'm a white English man) I do kind of want to be surrounded by people who are like me - my tribe. I'll dip into other cultures and explore the world when I want to.
That is called "Zoo effect" and it means treating "foreign" people in a way that is similiar to, well, going to the zoo. Dipping your toes in. Oh look, an animal, fun, hahah. You got enough? Fine, let's go home. Watching from a certain distance, enjoying the priviliges of not having to REALLY get in touch with anything unknown..... In my opinion this comparison makes it pretty obvious why some people view talking like that as rather problematic, Especially the "my tribe"- part. I just don't see how this is so hard to understand.
diversity means respecting each other’s differences it is meant to unify and prevent discrimination and violence so the idea behind it is a good one but I think he has a bit of a point in the fact how it’s presented and almost forced upon us
Diversity in 'Culture' was never the intention. Diversity in innovation was the original cause. This became a mantra in business back in the late 80's-90's. Businesses were looking for new and innovative ways of thinking. Especially in technology and entertainment. Politicians grabbed it up and perverted it into cultural compression, which has never worked in all human history.
When I got out of college I moved to New York City to be the most diverse city in the world and it was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had. I love Morrissey, but I think he’s wrong on this one. the best weird art came out of that scene in the lower side of New York City in the 1970s 80s and 90s. Sorry.
