For me it's not working. When I try megaman it says there is no memory card. When I try The shadow of zorro it turns off when I try to save the game. Megaman x8 is a ps2 game. I unistalled ps2 classic and reinstalled it. Now the memory card is still not recognized when I start the game, however, after the first chapter (stage) of the game I become able to save the game manually (not autosaving). Therefore, problem solved! thanks for your disposal to help!

I Have solve it and man it's really simple
There's like 3 savedata files for ps2 launcher
One of them have a 0B for the MC you need to replace it with another save data
And here's where the all save data files:

Hdd0_home_00000031_ps2emu_savedata
