Love the resistance workouts! My problem is doing this with a ball obsessed German Shepherd. Worked on her self-control until the ball between the ankles, pause time for her to go outside.
Thank you Lauren. The exercise targeting the lower abs while leaning on elbows...would laying flat on back be a good modification? Never realized how much weaker I am in that area! This workout does keep us honest, like you said!
Yes Marla, if you lay flat just make sure your back is supported to keep your abs engaged. Keep working at it, it will get easier as you get stronger 💪🏻
