    I have felt that pleasing these certain people has been not right for me. Sure I got to impress customers and know what is pleasing to them that gets them interested as we do our jobs to sell something good to them as well as knowing to take constructive criticism, but I also intend to stick true to my artistry and visions and hopefully they'll like it. I can impress certain types of people with my kind of art and visions, those who are into it or find it interesting, but I intend to maintain my art, visions, integrity, interests, and values without having to alienate. As for those that I feel aren't into it and don't understand what I do and seek to undermine my progress, visions and effort, I have no intentions to please them; I don't owe these kinds of people anything and, though it's good to take constructive criticism, I ultimately don't need approval from anybody. This can apply elsewhere than just in my works.

      You've expressed this beautifully. Balancing the need to understand and connect with customers while staying true to your artistry and vision is a delicate dance. Your commitment to maintaining your integrity and values is truly admirable. You don't owe anyone the sacrifice of your creative essence. Constructive criticism is valuable, but ultimate approval comes from within. Your approach extends beyond your works and is a powerful philosophy for life. Keep thriving in your creative journey! 🎨🌟

      @@thestoicsaga One thing to note: by artistry, I mean storytelling; I'm not really up for drawing, that I leave to someone else. I go intend to make my own stories, settings and universe, be it sci-fi, fantasy and science-fantasy. It can be a video game as well as an animated series plus comic/manga.

      That sounds like an incredibly creative and exciting pursuit! Crafting your own stories and universes in the realm of sci-fi, fantasy, and science-fantasy offers a wealth of opportunities for imagination and expression. Whether through video games, animated series, or comics, your dedication to storytelling is admirable. Wishing you all the best on this creative journey! 🌟📚🌌

    Is life truly worth living?

    • @thestoicsaga
      @thestoicsaga  Рік тому +1

      Absolutely, life is indeed worth living. Life's worth is found in its inherent potential for growth, learning, and connection. It offers us a canvas upon which we can paint our experiences, build relationships, and discover our unique purpose. Each day brings opportunities for self-discovery, kindness, and making a positive impact on the world. We just need to be willing to see these opportunities and find the courage to take action. While challenges are inevitable, they are also opportunities for resilience, growth, and the deepening of our understanding.
      Life's beauty lies in its impermanence. It encourages us to savor each moment, to appreciate the fleeting nature of time, and to find joy in the simple pleasures. Through all its ups and downs, life holds the promise of transformation and the potential for finding meaning in every experience.
      In essence, life's worth is in the journey itself, the connections we make, the lessons we learn, and the legacy we leave behind. It's a precious gift that invites us to embrace it with gratitude and purpose.

    🧙‍♂️🪄💨 It applies to social media as well.

      Indeed, it certainly does! The art of not being a people pleaser extends to all aspects of life, including our interactions in the digital realm. It's about staying true to ourselves and our values, even in the face of social media's sometimes overwhelming influence. 🌟🚀📱
