For some context of the scenes with everyone holding scripts, those are from the .5 episode spoof skits, so it technically fits as out of context to an extent.

3:37 Geiz ( the dude with black vest ) and tsukuyomi ( the girl ) came from the future to stop the mc from becoming oma zi-o. Geiz specifically came to kill the mc, and erase him from the future.
4:36 their enemy the time-jacker, turns people into another rider (monster) in hopes they kill zi-o and become a new king of time that can be controlled. That is why they keep replacing riders from every timeline. (you asked this in a video about zi-o before but imma just answer this here)

17:15 It's Woz (the guy who praises ZI-O all the time) from an alternate universe. The original Woz has a notebook that is a calendar with all the things that caused ZI-O to become Ohma ZI-O in 2019. This Woz (White Woz) has another notebook that allows him to write the future. Also, White Woz is Kamen Rider Woz, and the original Woz took his power and became a Kamen Rider himself.
