I bought the brush and loved it, until I noticed mold inside it (under the white bristles). I realized water was trapped in it. I tried prying it open to clean it, but I couldn't get it open. I had to toss it. If there's a way for me to get it open to dry it and air it out, I'd love to buy another (and just take better precaution with it).

Babee I mixed adore, conditioner and 30 developer. I did leave it on like half an hour due to it being a semi permanent but I forgot about that dang developer. My head has been itching like crazy. I have oils. So I'm going to use those and water. But i just retwisted so I'm go skip the acv because this will not be rinsed out.

I think it's recommended that you should use only 1 drop of essential oil per 2 oz of liquid (carrier oil). Of course the strength can be dependent on how much your hair/scalp can take. I put tea tree directly on my face/scalp most times.

I have used 🍎cider vinegar rinses and loved them. I also make my deep conditioner mix with tea tree oil. I've seen videos on brushing your locs to remove lint. Does that really work? I cut my starter locs after 6 months one reason being I had so much lint in them and I covered them with a silk scarf every night or when I would sit around the house.

UnConventional Beauty one drop of essential oil per ounce is an incredibly weak mix in my opinion

natural nicky it works better to prevent lint. As in if it’s still on the surface versus imbedded in your locs.
