Its arsenal include massive bones that can be summoned by the stand, they can be summoned from anywhere, and have different colored bones that have special abilities when the time calls for one. It also has Robotic like blasters that the stand can pull from thin air. It can shoot a bigger but slower blaster, or a faster but thinner blast of energy.
the stand can also see different timelines and outcomes in different dimensions, and can manually manipulate it's own timeline in able to acquire the best out come by teleporting. This stand also uses a skill called, "Karma" it has the ability to drain the enemies blood out of them. This can only be used if the stand makes you bleed though.
The second final and most powerful ability is the ability to go into "bad time overdrive" which augments all abilities into unlimited at the cost of durability dropping down to f. It can be recognized by the stand master and the stand having a glowing blue eye. Can be used a couple of times before it needs to recharge. Can use telekinesis in this stage as well.
Lastly, it's most powerful attack. This attack has the power to stop time for 5 seconds, allowing the user to decimate foes. If he uses badtime overdrive in this stage, he can use the opportunity to surround the foe with bones and impale them. This is known as, "getting dunked on" by the user.

Za UnderWorld is the same type of stand as Megalo Platinum, good power and speed at the cost of range. It has an entire pantry full of food that can heal wounds quickly. It stores all of this food inside of a small container strapped to it's back which is larger on the inside than it looks outside. It also keeps its [Real Knifes] inside here, and can hold personal items as well.
Although Za UnderWorld is weaker, it possesses an extremely powerful signature move. If the user yells, "ZA UNDERWORLD!" then time will stop for up to 5 seconds at the minimum. If continued training for at least 50 days, then 9 seconds. This can be continued for a while.
While in timestop, the stand can throw great masses of [Real Knife] at the opposite side. This can surround the foe with knifes, meaning that escape is extremely hard. This attack is similar to Megalo Platinums [Dunked On].

Hey... Can I offer an oppinion? I think papayrus would be polnaref given the comedic relief of the caracter, and the theory that papayrus actually survives the genocide incident, as it is seen when he stares down on undyne where he normaly would have told her to be friends with the human. Noriaki Kakyoin fits more like Undyne because of her green heart atack plus very cool last stand against main villian.
