The gages is the plug your holding ..clean the inside connectors ..my gsxr750 bdid the same I had corrosion in side the connectors and cleans then then gages came one and worked fine
Make sure you unplug the connectors and make sure there is nothing conductive in there like water stuck. It happens with the humidity. Also the Rectifier can cause problems. My Ducati Dash was going crazy, come to find out the rectifier connector was burning and causing shorts.. Or just the ODOMETER is bad
Just got a new ECU for my bike. I think it’s a different year 2022 ECU. My bike is a 2021 before I install it. Is there anything I need to do or do I just pop it in and go?
i change the fuse near the starter relay, and this problem about the light is done.. but i didnt see anything on the cockpit instrument.. just the light turn on just like yours
No bro not same ive been surfing it whole day and what i learn is cdi are not as complex as ecu but they both serve same function of taking inputs from engine and giving output Inputs are - oil tem, coolant temp, rpm, 2 more i dont remember 🤣 But ecu are preety efficient as they are seen in fuel injected engines and you will find cdi in carb engine

Can a 04 Suzuki gsxr 600 ecu work with a 05 ecu?
What did you have to do to have the new ecu work with the engine?
Bro how you know that it was the ecu?

Mike I have a 06 gsxr 600 if I get a ecu replacement do I have to program it
You might have to depending on if you have upgrades on your bike, if not then you should be good long as you get right one for the cc’s on your bike
Man I wish I knew more about this problem because I live close and want that bike lol
I'd try change the battery. I'm having trouble getting my fuel pump to kick in.
Did you manage to figure out what caused your first ecu to go bad ?
I never figured it out
Same problem on my 07 1000 bout to order the ECU hopefully that will work
I accidentally toast mine hitting a positive wire with ground now to find one for an 06 600 is tough
where is a good place to buy a new ecu
HI MIke , why do you replaced the ECU?
were did you get the ecu from and did you half to get your key reprogramed because i got the same proble on my 07 1000
@@mikegixxer5287 thanks man
@@mikegixxer5287 Did u get the dash fixed
How's it brither did you code your key to that ecu?
Nope
Your key use immibolizer or not?
When you ecu was bad did your fuel pump and secondary’s prime?
We need this answered
I put my bike in the shop...if any had this problem mine was the ecu , fuel pump, and rectifier
William Roy I’m having the problem now, I changed my ecu did you change the whole fuel pump assembly or just the motor
Hole assembly
William Roy I found the motor you can place in the old assembly for about 70 bucks
did you figure it out bro? i have the same problem just like yours..
i change the fuse near the starter relay, and this problem about the light is done.. but i didnt see anything on the cockpit instrument.. just the light turn on just like yours
How did you figure out the problem was an ECU
there was this weird buzzing noise coming from under the passenger seat, and the ECU smelt like smoke
You might just need a new battery
Is ecu und cdi the same?
