Hiya shelby! I was just wondering if you had any advice or tips for people who aspire to voice act? It's quite a bit dream of mine and would be forever grateful if you would share! Thanks you so much for your content, it's incredibly entertaining and love it so so much. :)

Absolutely! Voice acting is 99% about the acting first and foremost! Being able to change your voice and have a range is a great and helpful skill as well, but it won't get you very far without strong acting chops. I highly recommend getting yourself into classes. Basic acting classes like scene study, improv and cold-reading are great places to start! From there you can start honing in on animation, game, or commercial specific classes depending on what you're interested in pursuing. Like any other career, it takes years of studying and training to really get yourself to that competitive level. I won't lie, it's a lot of hard work and can be very expensive before you start to see any sort of return -- but if you love it and it's your passion, it's well worth it!
