Girl I have never braided my own hair before but I was going to an event and decided to believe in myself after watching this video. It came out so cute and the video was so easy to follow I only had to watch it one time! I got so many compliments too thank you !!
What hair did you use ?
I just tried this. I always wanted braids but i hate having to deal with people so I wanted to learn to do them myself. I wanted to start off with something easy and I thought this was going to be way more difficult but it was so easy! I bought 4 packs of hair just in case (1 bundle each) and ended up using 2 bundles. Ngl I wasted some hair because i was getting the hang of braiding it in but the end result was just 😍 thank you so much for this tutorial 💘

Originally I was going to try a single pony braid but after watching this I'm for sure trying this one first. Over the years my hair has gotten thinner and I don't want to do extentions so this method not only looks easy to do but it's beautiful. Thank you for sharing your method

Straightening your hair prior may help prevent the curling. Seems redundant but certainly works at keeping the hair in that manipulated state :)
Hi. Don’t use gel, I tried this and I used gel which ruined my press out for this style. I used holding spray like G2B or spritz and it kept me flat. I used gel to do my baby hair and to lay everything down after putting it in the ponytails.
you should try using a eco and then murray’s edge wax on top to keep it slick and from curling up

Can you re-use the braids after? If you have short hair so you out your hair in little buns before braiding it the synthetic hair?

It depends how flat your is once it’s blown out, I would still flat iron the perimeter

You can put a bonnet on and wrap them around into buns

It can last for 2 weeks as long as you tie it down at night and cover it while showering so it doesn’t get wet
i wanna do this hairstyle soon, i just have a question when you add in the pieces of the hair is it to keep the length of the hair long? i got a little confused as to why you were adding it in sections and i’m wondering if i should do the same
Probably so it doesn’t turn out bulky or to feed in so yeah for it to be longer I think
I heard people put the hair in hot water before using it, is it necessary

Love this but How do you sleep with this in? I feel it would be so uncomfortable to sleep at night
Wrap with a scarf. Pin up the braids. Sleep on your side or back.

I normally use 54” pre stretched
Me: 13 year old doesn't know how to braid hair (asks mom to do it)

Is it difficult to remove the braid with the hair glue?
That's not hair glue. It's a freeze spray. Just saturate with water, comes right out.
