So organized and awesomely made as always Tom!! Thanks for posting this video! It will help me get organized too . My daughter and I just went camping for a week in a nearby forest and I realized how unorganized I really was . We went fishing and caught lots of bluegills and redear sunfish! I only have a small Ford mustang to drive so we were packed lol . It is so nice that you get to go to so many different countries! I'm very envious of you ! Great video as usual Tom!! we had a box almost identical to that one back in the 70's. my dad could throw it in the truck, with a couple foot lockers with all of the family camping gear on a moment's notice, and we would be off to a campground somewhere in the mid west or south.

Hi Tom. Your "big" stove is a BRS multifuel. I confirm: cheap and efficient :-) I very much like the idea of the tiny light stove (the other one) in a quite heavy wooden box :-D
Hello Tom. Great to see you back and hope you had a nice break. Over the summer break you inspired me to build my own version of your Cimbrer camp. I didn’t have access to a nice bit of woodland as you do, but I did have a neglected corner of my garden. I now have a great spot to bring friends for a beer and a cookout. The world doesn’t look like it will return to normal anytime soon and we all have to look after our heads as best we can. Good health my friend.

Loved this yet again Tom. Your ingenuity never ceases to impress me. I think if you were to patent your box it would be a best seller my friend. I see the Trangia got a little mention. I found mine again recently after I had lost it for 10 years (bought it when I was a kid 40 years ago maybe ... Trangia 27K with kettle not sure if they make it still?:-) ). I loved it and I still do. I make my own brandy here and the methanol I take off at the early stages of distillation burns famously in the old Trangia. A Monastery called "Lindisfarne" maybe worth a visit from you and your wife one day. take in some of our beautiful one of many places hear in the UK. would be a nice addition to your videos one day. I like the Island of Jura, off of the west coast of Scotland. There is only one road, and that follows the coastline. It ends abruptly. There is only a small community there, one hotel and a small shop. If you have ever heard of Jura Whisky. It is brewed there. There is a campsite near the hotel, but I like going out on my own. There are two famous mountains called the Paps {breasts} of Jura..You can guess how the got their name. except for a strip of land, the rest are mountains. A special interest are the deer there, their antlers grow towards the back of their heads. Like they are windswept. The only deer that have these. I had to go off into the mountains to see the deer..I went prepared as the mist can come down pretty fast and you can become trapped. That has happened a few times when people go off and have no idea what to expect.

I hope you didn't have as wet holiday as i did . My caravan is on a permanent place on a campsite in the German Eifel. I experienced those floods live . Luckily everyone survivd .and my caravan has been more or less spared, water has enterd the caravan but a lot caravans were washed away there is even one which ended 5mtr high in a tree . After the water had recede can only be described as a war zone nothing has survivd great old oak trees uprooted broken down like matches unbelievable . And if that wasn't enough i broke my toes cleaning up the mes so little viking hike for me this time🤕🇩🇪🌧🌩☔

We here in the Western Cape had the MOST APPALLING floods in June/July 2023. Three campsites along the Oliphants River were COMPLETELY washed away. There were concrete fire pits. The concrete fire pits - BIG THINGS - were lifted out of the ground like they were paper plates and WASHED AWAY. A wooden bridge was picked up and found a kilometer away ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TWO FENCES!

Loved this yet again Tom. Your ingenuity never ceases to impress me. I think if you were to patent your box it would be a best seller my friend. I see the Trangia got a little mention. I found mine again recently after I had lost it for 10 years (bought it when I was a kid 40 years ago maybe ... Trangia 27K with kettle not sure if they make it still?:-) ). I loved it and I still do. I make my own brandy here and the methanol I take off at the early stages of distillation burns famously in the old Trangia. It doesn't smell half bad either mind you :-) Thanks for sharing yet again Tom, God Bless you :-).

Hi.. loving the utility chest. interesting places you have visited.. just a thought from someone from the UK in the "Midlands". Vikings landed in the Northeast coast. A Monastery called "Lindisfarne" maybe worth a visit from you and your wife one day. take in some of our beautiful one of many places hear in the UK. would be a nice addition to your videos one day. I like the Island of Jura, off of the west coast of Scotland. There is only one road, and that follows the coastline. It ends abruptly. There is only a small community there, one hotel and a small shop. If you have ever heard of Jura Whisky. It is brewed there. There is a campsite near the hotel, but I like going out on my own. There are two famous mountains called the Paps {breasts} of Jura..You can guess how the got their name. except for a strip of land, the rest are mountains. A special interest are the deer there, their antlers grow towards the back of their heads. Like they are windswept. The only deer that have these. I had to go off into the mountains to see the deer..I went prepared as the mist can come down pretty fast and you can become trapped. That has happened a few times when people go off and have no idea what to expect.

I hope you didn't have as wet holiday as i did . My caravan is on a permanent place on a campsite in the German Eifel. I experienced those floods live . Luckily everyone survivd .and my caravan has been more or less spared, water has enterd the caravan but a lot caravans were washed away there is even one which ended 5mtr high in a tree . After the water had recede can only be described as a war zone nothing has survivd great old oak trees uprooted broken down like matches unbelievable . And if that wasn't enough i broke my toes cleaning up the mes so little viking hike for me this time🤕🇩🇪🌧🌩☔

We here in the Western Cape had the MOST APPALLING floods in June/July 2023. Three campsites along the Oliphants River were COMPLETELY washed away. There were concrete fire pits. The concrete fire pits - BIG THINGS - were lifted out of the ground like they were paper plates and WASHED AWAY. A wooden bridge was picked up and found a kilometer away ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TWO FENCES!

No not really 🤔 but it’s a great idea 😊 and I’m grateful for that
