I am a physician, and this is perhaps the best EKG lecture I have ever had. Thank you. Medical schools across the country should teach this like you do.
I'm not learning basics, but there are small details you can forget over time or that get brushed over. It's never a bad thing to keep trying to improve.
I am a hospitalist and practicing for years. I need you to know that this is the best EKG lecture I have ever heard. I personally learned and refreshed my knowledge. I will recommend it to the IM residents in our program. you are fabulous. can not thank you enough.
@@warriormanny001 I think "hospitalist" is a term used mostly in the U.S. It is a doctor, usually an Internal Medical doctor, who works at a hospital and takes care of inpatient patients. They are generalists, distinct from specialists (cardiologists, etc.) who have just one focus.
Beginner Tips: For any beginners learning about ECG/EKG for the first time (and perhaps stumbled on this video first), I found it much easier to watch his EKG Basics video first then watch this video after. It makes a HUGE difference. Hope this helps :)
I practice medicine for 13 years both inpatient and outpatient, this is by far the best EKG lecture I've encountered. You are very gifted Zach, please continue to spread the knowledge. The most beautiful thing about cardiology is that you can directly save someone's life on the spot if you can recognize the problem in the EKG itself.
He went over a 1-2 week load of material in less than an hour. And it was still much more informative than what my professors teach. I am pleased that learning is not actually hard, people just overcomplicate it.
This is incredible. I teach cardiology for a living and I endorse this video. I don't care where you guys find your knowledge as long as you get it from a good source and THIS is a good source!

He went over a 1-2 week load of material in less than an hour. I am pleased that learning is not actually hard, people just overcomplicate it. The diagram is awesome. I am an FNP student with a long term oncology background so I knew virtually nothing about EKG interpretation. I watched 2 of your lectures on RKG interpretation and scored 100% on my exam! I love that you ensure a complete understanding of the pathophysiology to think through the assessment and treatment and not relying on memorizing facts. I've learned so much from your lectures and a I am forever grateful!!
Yes, thank you! Your work and time on creating these lectures have helped me study so much for paramedic school. Currently in cardiology and my fellow students are coming to me for help in interpreting EKGs and 12 leads.
I'm a student paramedic and this lecture is one of the biggest factors that has pushed me to consider pursuing cardiology later on in my career. I consistently use it as my primary reference for AE, VH and any interesting abnormalities I find in my 12-leads. I have screenshots as quick references. Thank you, and thank you for all that you do on your channel.
bro I just want to freaking thank you for everything. I am a student now. I swear to god, once I have my degree and am able to work as a nurse I'll donate to you and your team so that these lectures will continue to help tons of students.
