Man Shot, Killed on Busy Downtown Los Angeles Sidewalk

- DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, Apr. 26 (KNN) - A man was fatally shot in broad daylight on a busy Los Angeles sidewalk in Downtown Los Angeles Thursday afternoon.
At approximately 3:45 p.m., Los Angeles Police Department's Central Division broadcasted shots fired on 6th and Main streets.
Arriving officers located one victim with a gunshot wound to the head. Officers requested an ambulance for the shooting victim and performed lifesaving measures on the victim until paramedics arrived.
Los Angeles Fire Department personnel declared the victim deceased at the scene. Officer Cervantes, spokesperson for the LAPD, said the victim was a man in his mid 30s...access the rest of the story on keynews.tv. Scroll to "Publications."

You are seeing video not before, but after the shooting occurred when officers placed crime scene tape around the area which no one is allowed to enter. The shooting took place when pedestrians were on the sidewalk.
